By using rob-makes.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them straightforward — please read through before purchasing.

Products

All Rob Makes products are made to order. We do our best to accurately represent colors, dimensions, and materials in product listings, but slight variations may occur between batches. If something doesn't look right when it arrives, get in touch and we'll make it right.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there's a pricing error or if we're unable to fulfill the order for any reason. If that happens, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS from Fallston, Maryland. Processing times and shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Once a package is in USPS hands, delivery times are outside our control — but we'll always help track down a missing package.

Returns & Refunds

Since products are made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

To start a return or ask about a refund, email sales@rob-makes.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Rob Makes products are designed for their intended use as described in product listings. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, modification, or use beyond the product's intended purpose. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this site are owned by Rob Makes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Harford County, Maryland.
